Double autostart of the TAPICALL- software

Hello,
For some time now, TAPICall has always started twice on my laptop, i.e. I have 2 telephone receiver - icons in the taskbar. When I start Outlook, both instances of TAPICall try to connect one after the other and report errors in the settings.

If I then terminate both instances for the current Windows- session and restart TAPICall manually, everything is ok and TAPICall works as it should.

I cannot find any TAPICall - entries in Windows Autostart and the AddIn is only entered once in Outlook.

Is there a way to prevent / correct this double start without uninstalling the software?

Or if the software has to be reinstalled, what needs to be considered / cleaned up after the uninstallation and before the reinstallation?
