Hello,
I am currently testing this really nice and excellent tool, but I have a small problem. When I click on the Goyellow- symbol in the call list, my area code is also entered as a search. For example, my dialling code would be 040 and the caller's number is 08977665533. The search display shows 0408977665533.
I can't find an option where this should come from. Can you help me? 🙄
Greetings
Uwe

Answer #2
I have the same problem. Is there a solution for this?
Solution is coming
Hello,
sorry for the late response, we are currently investigating the problem and as soon as there is a solution, it will be announced here.
For the time being, I can say that this behaviour mainly occurs when the number is not broken down into its components.
- International dialling code
- Area code
- Phone number
could be broken down. In this case, TAPICall assumes that it is a telephone number in the same city and therefore internally adds the area code, which is required by GoYellow in any case for a search query.
The number assignment is mainly influenced by the location (Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Phone- and Modem Options) and the CTI- settings of the TAPICall-Wizard. It may help to experiment with the settings for the exchange line zero in particular.
Is this a workaround? We look forward to your feedback!
Thank you and best regards
John

Re: GoYellow-search
We will put version 2.1 online in the next few days. This should solve this problem.
