Windows notification (Info Centre) after TAPI update does not work „correctly“

Good morning,

After the current TAPI update, the following message appears in the Windows Info Centre ( at the bottom right of the taskbar or „Windows-key+A“)
„New TAPICall- version. You are now using TAPICall version 4.3.145. Click here for the most important settings“

When I click on the notification ... nothing happens.

Questions:
- What should happen as planned?
- Why doesn't it work?
